Alexis Howe
I’ve always loved art, and spent more time in the art room in high-school than another other classroom. My homework would be covered in doodles, and I probably spent more time drawing than actually paying attention in most of my classes. I have a degree in illustration and art history, have taken some classes in graphic design, and have worked with a variety of small businesses to make their ideas come to life. I live in a small, field riddled town in Pennsylvania, which fuels my interest in wildlife.
I love being able to create things that are based around nature and animals, but my creativity definitely ventures outside of those realms too! When i’m not creating, i’m using working hard in our taxidermy shop or venturing the outdoors.
My work has been featured in a variety of competitions and exhibitions, including multiple Pennsylvania and Ohio Taxidermy Shows, the Seasons Taproom exhibition in 2023, and more! A handful of my work has also received ribbons and awards at some of these shows, which can be found scattered around my portfolio.
If you think my I would be a great fit for an upcoming project, or just a simple commission, I’d love to chat! Just contact me using the form below.
